Pan Dulce Ranch is expertly managed by a very dedicated group of owners and caretakers. We offer three hunting packages: White-tailed deer, hog, and collective white wing and mourning dove hunts. Included with each package is complimentary fishing in our well-stocked tank.

Whichever package you choose, we are certain that you will be more than satisfied with the quality and selection of the wildlife living within Pan Dulce Ranch. We have a number of guests that return again and again.

Rates include meals, lodging, and transportation to and from blind.

Guide fees are to be paid DIRECTLY TO THE GUIDE and are not part of any hunting package pricing. Our Guides are not paid by PDR. The guide works for the hunter and insures his success, safety and and cleans his harvest ETC. Please compensate them accordingly.

POLICIES:

• A discount of 5% is applied to the entire package fee should it be paid in full within seven days of the date of reservation.
• Should the hunter fail to harvest a management or trophy animal (a Pan Dulce Ranch representative bears sole discretion in this decision), a refund of 50% of the prepaid harvest fee will be issued. Wounding an animal is considered a kill.
• Guide fees and any other fees/expenses other than listed above are nonrefundable.
• Guide fees are to be paid DIRECTLY TO THE GUIDE and are not part of any hunting package pricing.
• A representative of Pan Dulce Ranch may at any time cancel any hunt or disallow the harvest of any specific animal(s).
• The types of payment accepted are cash, cashier's check and travelers checks. The only exception pertains to the deposit, in which a personal or company check may be used.

• Should the harvested buck measure in at a class higher than the one paid for, there will be an additional per- inch fee assessed. This fee is structured on a sliding scale, depending on the pre-selected class. Further details on this will be discussed with you at the time of reservation, or you may e-mail us for clarification.

160 CLASS AND UP: 5000.00 plus $300.00/inch
