- Driving IH 35 S, roughly 20 miles south of Cotulla (approx 2 hours out of San Antonio), take the Caiman Creek Exit (No. 48), continue on access road 3.25 miles (CAUTION: this is a 2-way access road.)
- Turn right at slow moving triangle sign on power pole, cross railroad tracks and take an immediate right.
- Road will parallel the railroad tracks and curve to the left.
- Continue along main road and you will go across a cattle guard.
- Continue on to the end of road and you will come upon the PDR gate on the left and Triple B Ranch gate on the right.
- Enter the PDR gate and continue on the road until you go thru another open gate.
- Turn towards the right and follow the road until it makes a Y.
- Turn to the left and the ranch house is on the right.
